Election Day!

As most of you know, tomorrow November 2nd, 2010 is election day. Although, it seem that many people are taking this election lightly. They think the presidential is the most important. I am not saying it isn't, but your Governors, Senators, and congressmen/women will have a more dramtic effect around your area.
In my district I am supporting Representative Eric Cantor (Republican), but I must say as much as I lean to the right, I do like the Democratic candidate Rick Waugh. My district's victor will make me feel indifferent. I can't wait to see what happens in the major battleground states.

I am extremely sorry for not posting in the past few months. The past few months have been very hard for me, as I have had two deaths in the immediate family. I will continue to post and support everyone.

Yay or Nay? How to fix the obesity problem.

So I had this idea with a friend while talking about obesity and the problems it is causing on personal and global levels. Why doesn't the Federal OR State government give citizens tax cuts and/or incentives to keep their percentage of body fat under a certain level. Japan does something similar.

Now some problems this may face are doctors that write off somebody who isn't under the mark, people would somehow argue the freedom of speech against this issue (TRUST ME), and I think it would be unfair for people with true disabilites.

History has shown under presidents H.W. Bush, Clinton, and W. Bush, that when taxes are decreased...the government has more of a profit. Feedback?
